Keycraft has confirmed its acquisition of the GE Oil & Gas buildings also located in Blackhouse Industrial Estate, Peterhead.
In order to develop its business in UK and international markets and accommodate a growing team, UK-based toy wholesale and distribution company Keycraft has confirmed its acquisition of the GE Oil & Gas buildings also located in Blackhouse Industrial Estate, Peterhead.
The move heralds the start of yet another exciting period of growth for the successful company, which has seen phenomenal results year on year since 2011.
Established in 1974, Keycraft is a global wholesaler and distributor of pocket money toys, gifts and novelties. In addition to their existing portfolio, Keycraft launched three new brands in Winter 2016 to attract and retain its growing customer base. The company has also opened new offices in Ireland, France, Hong Kong and Australia in the last year.
“Whilst remaining committed to building upon our base in Peterhead, we are developing opportunities in other countries and plan to extend our portfolio of brands over the coming months.” said Managing Director Doug Cowie. “The expansion to the new buildings provides Keycraft with the ideal infrastructure to achieve and future-proof those plans.”
The new buildings will mean overall capacity more than triples from 22,000 sqft to 74,000 sqft.
