In these difficult and uncertain times, our hearts go out to those affected globally by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis. We want to let you know that you remain our top priority.
We are currently operating as normal and will update you regularly with any changes. We are working together to help limit the disruption to our customers and to still provide our excellent service.
As our UK offices and warehouses are unaffected as yet, we can still deliver goods around the UK. In countries where our offices are in lockdown due to the virus, our employees are continuing to work from home.
We are also able to offer meetings and calls via Zoom to aid our customers who do not wish to meet face-to-face or are in countries that are locked down. We have set up 2 “Zoom Rooms” in our offices with cameras and product samples for this very purpose.
As a company, we are closely monitoring the guidance being issued by the NHS and relevant Government bodies regarding the pandemic. In the case of a lockdown being enforced in the United Kingdom, our employees will endeavour to work from home and continue to provide our services to our customers.
Together we will support each other through this challenging time.
