As part of an ongoing expansion strategy to be closer to its customers, Keycraft announced it has opened two new showrooms in the UK. Keycraft’s first new showroom officially opened on the 3rd of January at their headquarters in Peterhead, Scotland, and the team has already been delighted to welcome several customers to the site.
An additional location in London’s financial district opened on the 9th of January, allowing Keycraft to cater to clients with easy travel connections to and from London.
"Our goal is to simplify the buying experience for our customers, so we want to make our products more accessible to them," said Greg Cowie, sales manager. “Our new showrooms will provide a one-stop shop for impulse toys, where customers can experience our products and display solutions in the same way their customers do instore. We have been collaborating with our customers and retail strategy team over the last few months to develop and plan for our new showrooms, where we can also bring our new retail theatre concepts to life.”
Keycraft clients can also gain an insight into the operational side at Keycraft Global when visiting the new showroom in Peterhead. Having newly opened their headquarters early in 2018, customers can gain real insight into their global capabilities and see how Keycraft is going the extra mile in not only supplying best-selling pocket money toys, but also helping customers to bulk up their retail strategy and help increase footfall with new retail theatre concepts.
“We have the knowledge and the resource to help our customers to create a sense of excitement instore and help position their business as a leisure activity.” Mr. Cowie continued. “We don’t just want to sell toys, we want to make sure our customers know that we can help them overcome retail challenges and that we have a strong team with the right skills to help them succeed, and the new showrooms will help us do just that.”
