To all our valued customers,

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you very much for your business and continued support through a year which has faced us all with challenges in our personal and business lives that we could not have planned for.

However, we are also very thankful that the difficult times are being followed by great opportunities as we begin to come through to the other side.

Keeping products in stock has been (and still is) a major challenge but we have a plan and we are sticking with it – read this article more information. 

The new carousel display stands have been a resounding success with consistent reports from customers of increased sales immediately after installing in their stores.

The Living Nature brand has been refreshed (more will be revealed soon!) and is experiencing huge growth year on year. With 12 months already of heavy investment in marketing and advertising, this is only the beginning of the journey.

If we can offer any advice to you at all it is this:

  • Think ahead - there are great opportunities in Q4, whether it be hosting a seasonal event/grotto or just stepping back and analysing your store; how can you refit without investing too much, it could be as simple as a lick of paint or rearranging your floor layout. Keep an eye on our blogs for top tips on how to attract shoppers and boost sales.
  • Book up stock now - there will be shortages ahead. The shipping crisis is not over, so work with suppliers that have a clear strategy and you won’t be let down. Support from your supply chain is more important than ever before.

The main thing is don’t just stay the same. Covid has forced change upon us that might not have happened otherwise; embrace it and change your practices for the better.
