Don’t know how you’ll be able to run your Christmas grotto this year thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic? Keycraft has the answer… make your Santa’s Grotto your most profitable event ever by embracing the ‘Virtual Grotto’ concept!
1. Christmas ‘At Home’ with Santa
You email a link to a pre-recorded video of Santa talking, explaining why he couldn’t meet the child in person this year, but that he hopes they have been good etc. (and Keycraft can provide this video for you to use if needed).
2. Grotto presents home delivery service
The child will receive their wrapped present delivered directly to their own home (and Keycraft can supply the present and organise delivery of every present individually on your behalf via a dropship service), and they can then open this after they’ve watched the video. We can even add an age/gender sticker to each present if required.
3. Virtual meeting with Santa
As a premium/alternative version of this, you can offer a virtual meeting with Santa (e.g. via Zoom/Teams etc.), so that the child can still actually talk with Santa. You can be creative with this concept too; e.g. a group session where a number of children meet Santa simultaneously and play games/ sing Christmas carols/ read a story together, or pay extra for a one-to-one virtual meeting with Santa.
